因为猎头的收入是跟单子直接挂钩的,和销售差不多,所以收入不定,和HR也有很大差别,HR待遇的评定是根据你对企业业绩增长的推动效果来看的,这个很难比较。

不过对应届生来说,猎头起点比较低,而且R因为很多公司要大力培养,所以通常是不给R提成的,只给奖金,通常是猎头费5W以下的单词给500,猎头费5W以上的给1K,猎头费200W的也还是1K,这个薪酬体系其实很合理,因为顾问要花心血和时间精力来培养R,这个本身就是看不见的福利,此外绝大部分的单子不是新手的R可以处理得了的,后期很多的交流,面试,谈话,甚至做offer,都得由顾问来,很多人认为coldcall很困难,找人很困难,其实这不过是猎头基本功而已,真正哟技术含量的都在后面换言之,如果有公司胆敢一聘用你就直接给你什么助理顾问,给你5%到7%的提成,除非是实习经验丰富而且操作熟练的应届生,一般人就得好好想想该不该进这种公司了,提成是说的好好的,但是看你有没那个命拿了,通常这种薪酬设置的公司对一个人的提高和成长帮助并不大回到正题,通常来说,熬过最难熬的刚毕业的第一年,第二年开始,一般猎头新人的手头就很宽裕了,当然做单子还是很苦逼就是了,一般底薪加提成,每个月都能有6K-8K的收入,过了两年,公司就会考虑升你为associate了,average水平的associate,每年是20W-30W的收入,这个是比较junior的,在R时期基础打的比较好,人比较机灵学习能力强的,做到seniorconsultant,一年猎头费到达300-400W,这些SC的提成点可能高达30%,自己拉的单子自己手下的R来做,所以说30左右一年赚七八十万的猎头并不罕见,当然,前提是你能进入一家不错的公司,能熬到那个时候,毕竟这行的淘汰率非常高,甚至有人都做到30岁还受不了不再做猎头的。

这行勉勉强强算咨询业,拿波斯顿或者罗拉贝格里面的人举例,他们要么是在本公司不停地升,升到consultant,或者做principal,teamleader,要么就是转入甲方客户公司里面做strategy部门的director了,这些公司因为做战略,所以直接对口这个,猎头也是一样,我们直接对口的是人事,所以发展无非是三条,在公司内部晋升,不停的升,做一辈子seniorconsultant,但还绝大部分女孩子结婚之后,大多会选择进入inhouse甲方,做个HRManager,事实上,有相当多的大型牛企的HRDirector或者VP是从Spencer,KornFerry之类的公司跳过去的,第三条路嘛,就是积累起了足够多的客户资源,自己拉些小弟,自己开家猎头公司了,在上海开猎头公司非常容易,只要有30W的注册资金,加上超过三张的中介员证书就可以了。
