Supply Chain Manager for American or Germany 

上海猎头公司招聘岗位职责:

◆ 制定供应链战略，优化采购、生产、仓储物流等全流程，在提高效率的同时降低成本；

◆ 管理供应商关系，评估供应商绩效，促进合作优化和风险管控；

◆ 监控库存水平，协调需求预测和计划，确保供需平衡，减少库存积压和短缺。

◆ 主导供应链数字化项目，如优化现有系统，提高自动化和信息化水平；

◆ 跨部门 (生产，销售，财务等) 协作，解决突发的供应链问题，确保交货及时性；

◆ 分析行业发展趋势，制定可持续发展战略。

Responsibilities:

◆Formulate the supply chain strategy, optimize the entire processes including procurement, production, warehouse logistics, etc., and reduce costs while improving efficiency;

◆Manage supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and promote cooperation optimization and risk management and control;

◆Monitor inventory levels, coordinate demand forecasting and planning, ensure the balance between supply and demand, and reduce inventory backlogs and shortages.

◆Lead supply chain digitalization projects, such as optimizing existing systems, and improve the levels of automation and information;

◆Collaborate across departments (production, sales, finance, etc.), solve sudden supply chain problems, and ensure delivery timeliness;

◆Analyze industry trends and formulate sustainable development strategies.

上海猎头公司招聘职位要求:

◆ 本科或以上学历。供应链管理、物流管理等相关专业优先；

◆ 5年以上供应链管理经验。有大型制造行业经验者优先；

◆ 精通供应链计划、采购管理、物流运作，熟悉ERP系统操作；

◆ 具有较强的数据分析、成本控制和项目管理能力，以及较强的跨部门沟通协调能力；

◆ 英语或德语流利。

Requirements:

◆Bachelor's degree or above. Those majoring in supply chain management, logistics management and other related majors will be preferred;

◆More than 5 years of supply chain management experience. Experience in large-scale manufacturing industries is preferred;

◆Proficient in supply chain planning, procurement management, and logistics operations, and familiar with the operation of ERP systems;

◆Have strong data analysis, cost control and project management capabilities, as well as strong cross- departmental communication and coordination abilities;

◆Fluent in English or German.
